Elections postponed in Beast constituency

The Election Commission today postponed polling to the Beas Assembly Constituency to March 11, 2007 (Sunday) as the State Government and the Police authorities in Punjab have failed to create peaceful atmosphere conducive to the conduct of peaceful, free and fair election there.
