Another election due in Punjab

Another minor election is due in Punjab. And this is for the post of Rajya Sabha MP. The seat had fallen vacant following the death of Sukhbans Kaur Bhinder. The election is now due on March 29.

Bhinder had lost the election to the Lok Sabha having been defeated by Vinod Khanna of the BJP. Later she became a Rajya Sabha MP. Following her death, the seat fell vacant. During the February 2007 assembly elections.....READ FULL STORY....
