Amritsar improvement to cost 3000 crore

Manoranjan Kalia, Minister for Local Government, Industry and commerce, called on the Union Urban Development Minister, Mr. Jai Paul Reddy in his office, here today. The Minister pleaded for liberal assistance for upgradation of urban infrastructure in Punjab.
